We Love Visitors

Amy came to visit & stay with us. We love Amy. Especially Elsa. She'll rarely leave her alone. I don't think Amy minds. She really is a champ with her. 

One thing you need to know about Amy- Amy's one of those friends that gives- gives- gives. She's pretty awesome. She use to live with me before she moved to NYC to become a big time freelancer. One time {just after she moved} I came back from being out of town & one of my rooms (the one she lived in) was totally redone.  She had an ex-boyfriend surprise me with the walls & ceiling painted- new molding- new wall sockets- and a new light fixture. Oh & another time she & that same boy put in a new garbage disposal. soooo generous.

So a couple of months ago I got this package in the mail with a sweater in it & a note that said "You once told me you liked this sweater" It's true I really do like that sweater. Pretty rad friend huh.

I took Elsa to the Yo Gabba Gabba live show & it was a blast. Elsa loves the t.v. show but had no idea what to think about the live show at first. She was pretty hesitant & shy. Elsa's uncle Benton Paul did the live dancy dance {video at the bottom of the post} soo great.

A Night Out

Once in a while we get out. This is us at the Sufjan Stevens concert. It was such a good concert! If you want to see someone play & sound as good as they do on your home sound system- go see Sufjan. I  really do love him a little bit.
